Many of our congregation are active within the local and wider community using their time, efforts and talents to help others and to seek social justice. Thus we are active as individuals at the Newark Emmaus Trust, the Hospice, the local hospital, the Live at Home scheme, Food Bank and in the Traidcraft movement, to name but a few.
House groups are an integral part of the life and growth of Christians within our church. They are held on various evenings during the week and everyone is encouraged to consider joining one of their choice. There are plenty to choose from and each varies in format, but all include prayer, Bible study and discussion.
