Collingham Methodist Church

Welcome to Charles Street Methodist Church. Our church is situated on (you've guessed it) Charles Street in the middle of Newark-on-Trent, a market town in the East Midlands, approximately half way between Nottingham and Lincoln.

We meet for worship as a church family at 10.30 am and 6.00 pm on Sundays. Our style of worship is relaxed, lively and informal, especially in our morning service, whilst our evening service is more traditional and reflective. We have strong connections with our local community and, as you can see, a wide range of activities to which you are warmly invited. We are an inclusive church where everyone is welcome and encouraged to use their gifts and skills.

On Tuesdays, we are open for most of the day. 8.30am – 12 noon is Warm Space, and anyone is welcome to drop in for a chat, a cuppa, a snack or a go at a jigsaw puzzle. From 11.30am – 12.30pm there is a Bible study which is open to anyone who may be interested. From 1.15 – 2.15pm we welcome Parents and Toddlers.
